Chris Hall is a member of Beckley City Council representing the 3^rd Ward. He has lived in the Beckley area for over 20 years and has made his home in the city limits for more than 10 years. He attended Stratton Junior High and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. After graduation, he attended West Virginia University, where he received a degree in journalism prior to returning to Beckley to marry his high school sweetheart, Jamie Lilly, with whom he has two sons, Payton and Drew. 

Hall is the owner of a small business, TSG Consulting, which provides public relations and governmental affairs services to numerous businesses and organizations throughout the West Virginia. He services clients primarily in the fields of healthcare and insurance including hospitals, mental health centers, physicians and ambulance squads. Hall was recognized by The State Journal in 2008 as one of the state’s young leaders when he was named to their Generation Next list that annually recognizes 40 leaders under 40.

He is an active member of community serving on the Executive Committees of the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce and the Beckley Rotary Club. He is also an active participant in the Chamber of Commerce’s Make It Shine and Governmental Affairs Committees. Hall was previously elected to serve as Raleigh County Surveyor and Raleigh County’s Congressional, Senatorial and Delegate Committees.
